Carol Hudson

Carol Hudson is a Sydney based artist currently completing a Master of Fine Art at UNSW Art and Design. During 2018 Carol has exhibited at MContemporary, Chrissie Cotter Gallery, AD Space at UNSW Art and Design, Bondi Pavillion Gallery and the Tim Olsen Drawing Prize.
Carol’s multi-disciplinary practice is concerned with exploring an interconnected way of thinking about the human place in the natural world as an alternative to the hierarchical systems in Western thinking. Her work questions the separation and categorisation of the natural world, that is required to enable hierarchical preferencing of one thing over another, as the best way to relate to the natural world in our current environmental crisis.
